Description :

In compliance with the guidelines established by the Kalizea Group Commercial Director, Sales Manager define the company's commercial strategy, ensure prospecting, development and loyalty of customers within is scope. He is in charge of the development of turnover and margin on this perimeter and ensure the follow-up of customers. In this context, he :

  • Participate in defining the commercial strategy in his scope (price policy, sales strategy,...) in order to achieve the objectives set in terms of margin and volumes.
  • Define, in collaboration with the Group Commercial Director, the commercial and logistic budget, and monitor its execution.
  • Support existing customers and ensure their loyalty through visits and regular contacts.
  • Prospect and develop new customers.
  • Validate customer expectations and ensure with the plane services the technical and economic feasibility of specifications, while respecting quality and food safety requirements. 
  • Represent Kalizea at trade fairs and be source of proposals to promote and develop the business.
  • Ensure the preparation of commercial offers.
  • Write specifications with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze the business performance of the company and report it to management.
  • Inform the Quality Manager of changes in customer requirements to validate their impact on the control of dangers.
  • Be responsible for the proper management of customer complaints, the response given to the customer and the closure of the incident.
  • Monitor the outstanding customer receivables and ensure with his team the reminders and the first steps of the debt recovery procedures, in connection with the Financial department.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B Sales, in Agro-Industries Sector, in Poland and abroad
  • Ability to work on a brief  and work with technical to customize offer
  • Experience in international  Group (cooperation, rules...)
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Regular travel
